Security & Safety 📷 There are security cameras in the property: • It is focused on the driveway, front door, and gate to the backyard. All of them are recording 24/7 for security purposes. 🔕There is one noise monitor and it is installed in the backyard. • As Per City of Desert Hot Springs Ordinance No. 794, a professional decibel monitor is installed in the backyard. • This device is 100% privacy-compliant; it measures cannot record audio or conversations." 🏠 Local Compliance: • This property has special local compliance requirements, including a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a $1,500 security hold (not a traditional deposit, just a pending transaction). 🛡️Damage Waiver (Optional): • Over 20 nights: $200 + $4/night over 20 nights 🌐Guest Portal: • We make this process easy using Happy Guest, a secure, app-free platform. Small portable speakers only; no large speakers, DJ equipment, or karaoke machines outdoors. 🚭 No Smoking - Strictly inside the house. $1,000 fee for violations. 🌿 Maintenance Access - By booking, you acknowledge and give permission for the pool and/or hot tub to be serviced twice a week. These services may occur during your stay. 🐕Furry Friends - We welcome your furry friends, for an additional fee of $250 per pet.
