- No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited on the property.
- We do not allow party speakers, DJ, karaoke
- No music outside at all times
- No fireworks
- No unauthorized guests without letting the host know 
- No shampoos, lotions or bath bombs are allowed inside the hot tub

Early check-in / late check-out may be arranged for $30/hr for early check-in and $33/hr for late check-out (pending availability).

Hosts and owners are not responsible for your or your guests' safety inside or outside the property. You understand the risk of drowning in the hot tub and take full responsibility. Children should not be left unattended in the backyard or near the hot tub at any time.
 
Please note, that for safety reasons we ask our guests to send a copy of their Government-issued ID and sign our property’s rental agreement through Airbnb before their check-in. Please let me know if you have any questions or need anything.
