- **Clarissa Ortega**: "First time reserving a place that required an external website. Didn’t pay attention before booking, there is a choice between a $1500 hold or a non refundable $60 potential damage fee. Would not have booked if I had placed closer attn. 

The house and rooms  were very spacious and sleeping quarters were very clean. I would not mind booking with them again because of this and the pool was what we mostly went for. 

But everything just needed additional attention to detail. The kitchen cabinets and  the bottom of the walls by the toilet were dirty, the sliding back door didn’t completely lock, the air vents and staircase banister were dusty, the door frame to one of the rooms was cracked, and there were pieces of the floor missing along the baseboard in multiple areas of the home. The pool and hot tub lots of dust, granted it’s Coachella but maintenance 2x a week was mentioned. And backyard play area was different than the pictures.
