Other things to note Quiet hours are strictly enforced to respect neighbors. Outdoor music is not allowed at night per local regulations. Early check-in & late check-out available upon request (extra fee applies). There is additional $50/night per guest after the 8th guest. Also note, that for safety reasons we ask our guests to send a copy of their Government-issued ID and sign our property’s rental agreement through Airbnb before their check-in. There are 5 security cameras in the property: 2 located in the back pointing to the pool, 1 located in the front door pointing to the front, 1 located in the garage pointing at the garage, 1 in the driveway pointing at the driveway,. By booking this home, you acknowledge and give your permission for the pool and/or hot tub to be serviced twice a week by our pool maintenance team, and for the gardener to access the backyard once a week for routine maintenance. These services may take place during your stay.
