We are available 24/7 through Airbnb messages to make sure you have an excellent stay. 3 security cameras in the property: 1 located at back door pointing out to the back of the house, 1 at the casita front door pointing out to the backyard and 1 main house front pointing out to the front yard. All of them are recording 24/7 for security purposes. There is 1 noise monitor installed in the patio but it is not functioning at the moment. When I showed up the first thing I noticed was a massive amount of trash within the properties fenced in area, some id consider biohazard in all honesty on account of a broken trash lid. There were also towels scattered about the property and dirty dishes strewn about the property. This was all before I even got inside, when I walked in the 2nd house an unbelievable amount of dirty was on the floor in the hall, in the shower, and in the sink. The toilet paper provided looked to be placed by a hand covered in mud. The washer stunk as wet filthy towels were in it still and a dirty shower rug was thrown in the hallway. I didnt even get to the worst part, this has a 2 house setup and the toilet was COMPLETELY BROKEN with sand all up in it. I messaged the hosts immediately, and while we attempted to work out a solution there was little they could do to alleviate the scenario and felt corporate about it.
