We are available 24/7 through Airbnb messages to make sure you have an excellent stay. 3 security cameras in the property: 1 located at back door pointing out to the back of the house, 1 at the casita front door pointing out to the backyard and 1 main house front pointing out to the front yard. All of them are recording 24/7 for security purposes. There is 1 noise monitor installed in the patio but it is not functioning at the moment. Please note: - We do not allow party speakers, DJ, karaoke - No fireworks - No unauthorized guests without letting the host know - No shampoos, lotions or bath bombs are allowed inside the hot tub Early check-in or late check-out is possible upon request for an extra $30/ per hour and is subject to our approval. PETS are allowed. Please let us know in advance. We charge $60 per pet for their stay. Please let us know if you are bringing a pet/pets in advance. Hosts and owners are not responsible for your or your guests' safety inside or outside the property. You understand the risk of drowning in the hot tub and take full responsibility. Children should not be left unattended in the backyard or near the hot tub at any time. Extra guest fee of $50 per guest, per night after the 8th guest. Please note, that for safety reasons we ask our guests to send a copy of their Government-issued ID and sign our property’s rental agreement through Airbnb before their check-in.
