The backyard offers a pebble pool & spa, outdoor dining area, gas grill, grilling island with seating, firepit, and a comfortable lounge space for your relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen offers silverware, tableware, and appliances such as an oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, and blender. All you need to do is bring your groceries :) The living/dining room area is great for spending time indoors, playing board games and having dinner with your guests. We provide a variety of board games! We offer driveway parking. Garage parking is not available. Guest won't be able to access the garage. I will send a unique door code prior your arrival. We will provide a unique door code to each guest to lock/unlock the door. I am available anytime during your stay in case you have any questions or need anything. 3 security cameras in the property:1 located in the backyard pointing out to the backyard/pool, 1 located in the side yard pointing out to the sideyard, 1 located in the front yard pointing out the front yard. All of them are recording 24/7 for security purposes. There are no indoor cameras. Noise detector is outside in the backyard (no video or audio is recorded) and is required by City of Desert Hot Springs __ 🏠 Local Compliance: This property has special local compliance requirements, including a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a $1,500 security hold (not a traditional deposit, just a pending transaction). 🛡️ Damage Waiver (Optional): Up to 10 nights: $59 11–20 nights: $59 + $4/night over 10 nights Over 20 nights: $200 + $4/night over 20 nights We make this process easy using Happy Guest, a secure, app-free platform. No account signup is needed, and it gives you a guest portal with all home info and my favorite local spots. ⚡ Optional Upgrades: Early Check-in: $30/hr Late Check-out: $33/hr Pool/Hot Tub Heating: $150/day, minimum 2 days, with 24 hours’ notice 💦 Spa & Pool: Spa heating included; 2-hour timer, can be turned on anytime. Pool heating requires 24 hours to reach temperature; do not touch pool equipment—any damage is at guest’s expense. 🎶 Music: Allowed outdoors until 10:00 PM. Small portable speakers only; no large speakers, DJ equipment, or karaoke machines outdoors. 🌿 Maintenance Access: By booking, you acknowledge and give permission for the pool and/or hot tub to be serviced twice a week and for the gardener to access the backyard once a week for routine maintenance. These services may occur during your stay. There is an additional $50/night fee for each guest after the 10th guest. PETS are allowed. We charge $95 per pet for their stay. Please note that pets are NOT ALLOWED IN THE POOL. Please let us know if you are bringing a pet/pets in advance.
